In partnership with industry leaders, The Salvation Army offers a Construction Training Program that provides students with a comprehensive introduction to the construction trades as a career path. The 4-week, hands-on training program has partnered with LiUNA! Laborer’s Training Center of Northern California. Upon completion, students receive both OSHA 10 certification and Construction Trade certification cards and are ready to work. Our goal is to teach 25 students per session, or 50 students per year.

Spring Session is Full
Fall Session Classes - September 14, 2026 – October 9, 2026
-4-week program (40 hours/week): Classroom/lab instruction conducted Monday-Friday
-Receive certificates in Traffic Control, First Aid/CPR, Confined Spaces, Hazardous Waste, and Fundamentals of Construction (pre-apprenticeship into multiple fields of construction)
-Application requirements: CTP application/essay
